In anticipation of the final installment of the Harold Kovner story, we look back at the films that were shown in the first years of Capri Cinema – some of which were directed by Harold.
The Capri Cinema, owned and operated by Tom Gioulos and Teddy Kariofolis, opened in May 1969, and exhibited a constant series of sex films.
All details in these listings have been taken from the Daily News newspaper published in New York. The name of each film is shown below, even though this was sometimes different from the name featured in the actual credits.
You can find out about the films exhibited in 1969 here and 1971 here, and you can read about Harold Kovner here.
