Last week, The Rialto Report presented an podcast about the actress, model and stripper, Pat Barrington. It was a wild tale of sexploitation films, a serial killer, go-go dancing, sexual assault, Hollywood, nude modeling, Sam Fuller, Lenny Bruce, Robert Mitchum, and much more. We spoke about how publsihed the story several years ago but withdrew it – amidst threats of violence, involving an aging mobster and a boyfriend who were both unhappy that Pat’s story had finally been told.
Due to the unprecedented interest we have received in her life, we’re pleased to present previously unpublished photos and documents from her records.
As part of this collection, we are also making her full Hollywood address book available – it reads like a who’s who of the sexploitation film business. Names like William Rotsler, Russ Meyer, Jack Palance, Sam Fuller, Roger Corman, Spence Crilly, Harry Novak, Ted Paramore, and many other notables feature.
You can listen to the Pat Barrington podcast here. Thanks to everyone who wrote to us to comment or thank us for publishing this story.
All photos belong to The Rialto Report.

Pat had to be one of the most underrated stars during the Golden Age! A beautiful woman, with a very interesting life story. Congrats to Rialto, for another great one!
Thank you Richard!
cannot believe she was with that psycho photo guy melvin rees! can’t blame her for
being mentally messed up after that. yikes! i actually did a drawing from that photo
of her and him in a sketchbook years ago cause i thought she was so beautiful.

Thanks for this wonderful insight into Pat/Camille’s life.Since watching’ Mantis In Lace’ and tracking down many of her other roles over the years. She was certainly a standout memorable figure that you’ve now given the definitive background story she deserves.
Thank you Simon!
This is amazing—I always loved Pat Barringer from the Something Weird movies on VHS, and later dvd. I hope you can publish a book with all of this—there’s got to be a publisher interested.
Thank you for making this available—i always wondered whatever happened to her—she deserved much more respect than she ever got
I’m curious to how she got a divorce in West Virginia. Did she ever live there? Interesting woman and great story.thank you for delivering the goods as always.
What a wonderful tribute to a gorgeous & talented actress. Ashley has dug so deep into Pat’s life, it’s truly remarkable! From her birth certificate to her death certificate, & everything in between. I remember buying a VHS tape of Orgy of the Dead & seeing her extended dance sequence on the late 90s. Now that’s the hottest Hollywood starlet ever, if ya ask me! I know she was private, but I’m sure if she knew how heartfelt Ashley’s tribute podcast would be she’d have given him a big hug & agreed to a long interview. I walk down Sunset blvd in WeHo all the time, & never knew I was walking by a place Pat Barrington worked! Ahh that original Classic Cat may be gone ..but next time I’m walking in front of it I’ll think of her fondly.
ps Ashley, we’re friends on Instagram
Later, dude
